Epes, Horace H. (Horace Hardaway), 1917-1995

Horace Hardaway Epes was born August 1o, 1917, in Washington, D.C. He received his commission as an Ensign in the U.S. Navy, and was designated a naval aviator in 1940. He advanced to the rank of rear admiral in October 1966, and later retired in 1972. Epes died on April 23, 1995. From the description of Epes, Horace H.
